WorldWideWreck | Character Animation

World Wide Wreck is the culmination of the past 3 years of study in ESAT Valencia. It is an arcade beat 'em up heavily inspired by the old arcade classics. A group of tough viking warriors will take on a horde of frankish soldiers in order to recover a stolen relic.

This is a group project, and thus the models featured in the animations may not be (at least not completely) created by myself.

Keep in mind that WWW is still in development.

This features Sagna Heiterhäard, main character for the game; the basic enemy mob; and the beastmaster, a boss.

Sagna's original concept and high poly model belongs to JeongHyun Shi. Basic enemy's original concept by Jaime Rontomé and Daniel Lenzano. Weapons modelled by Daniel Lenzano. The bear's original concept was created by Jaime Rontomé, and rigged by Paula Sanchis.

These are some motion capture animations I'm currently working on for the sake of improving my skills. Trying to combine my interest in animation and martial arts as well, I wanted to analyze movement from both points of view in order to train the eye - and hand - for more complex movements and animations.

Scenes portrayed here have been acted and cleaned up by myself, though are still a work in progress.
